Graphene masterbatch is composed of graphene powder and surfactants with the graphene weight ratio of 30%. The masterbatch can be further compounded with other specific plastic materials to obtain the graphene/plastic composite by a kneader and a twin-screw extruder. This process is easy and keeps the manufacturing line clean and dust-free.
